Our  research  team  (consisting  of  Emily  Boles  (COLRS),  Kara  McElwrath  (ITS),  and  Jennifer  Martin  (School  of  Education))  recently  received  IRB  approval  to  conduct  a  study  at  UIS  about  student  and  professor  experiences  pre-  and  post-COVID.&nbsp;



The  instructor  survey  opens  today,  September  9.  Please  complete  the  survey  by  September  23.  The  survey  should  take  approximately  10  minutes  and  you  need  only  answer  the  questions  you  choose.

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Janvi  Sehdev  of  Jalandhar,  Punjab,  India,  has  been  admitted  to  the&nbsp;University  of  Illinois  Springfield&nbsp;for  Spring  Semester  2025  and  awarded  an  $8,000&nbsp;Star  Scholar  Award&nbsp;for  tuition  over  four  years.  She  will  major  in  computer  science  at  UIS.



The  scholarship  is  awarded  based  on  high  school&nbsp;GPA&nbsp;and  can  be  renewed  for  a  total  of  four  years  if  the  student  maintains  college  GPA  requirements.</div>
