        <div  class="newsletter-txt">UIS  Softball is  now  23-14  overall  and  11-7  in  the  GLVC  after  splitting  a  doubleheader  with  Maryville  on  Sunday.  The  Prairie  Stars  won  the  first  game  3-0  before  falling  6-1  in  the  second.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  baseball  team  capped  off  a  four-game  sweep  of  Upper  Iowa  with  a  13-2  victory  on  Sunday  afternoon  in  Fayette,  Iowa.  The  Prairie  Stars  have  now  won  12  straight  games  dating  back  to  March  22  and  improve  to  21-10  overall  and  14-5  in  GLVC  play.  The  Peacocks  dropped  to  14-18  overall  and  10-10  in  the  conference.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  baseball  team continued  its  series  against  Upper  Iowa  on  Saturday  in  Fayette,  Iowa,  picking  up  a  pair  of  wins  in  a  doubleheader  of  seven-inning  games.  The  Prairie  Stars  improved  to  20-10  overall  and  13-5  in  GLVC  play,  solidifying  their  hold  on  second  place  in  the  conference  standings.  The  series  finale  is  scheduled  for  noon  on  Sunday. </div>
