Michele Gribbins, associate provost for institutional research and effectiveness at the University of Illinois Springfield, has been selected as an Online Ńîąóĺú´«Ă˝ Consortium (OLC) Fellow in recognition of her exemplary contributions to research and professional development in the field of online learning.
Men’s Basketball Opens Season at Home With Midwest Regional Crossover
The UIS men's basketball team will host the Midwest Regional Crossover this weekend, playing two home games to kick off their 2024-25 season. On Saturday night, the Prairie Stars will face Division II newcomer Roosevelt at 8:00 p.m., followed by a matchup against Parkside on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. These non-conference games mark an exciting start to the season for UIS basketball.

All University of Illinois System employees, including those holding 0% (unpaid) appointments, are mandated reporters under the Illinois Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act (ANCRA). The ANCRA legislation requires you to report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect to the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
