        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The   UIS  softball  team  will  take  a  break  from  Great  Lakes  Valley  Conference  (GLVC)  play  on  Tuesday  afternoon  as  they  host  the  Parkside  Rangers  for  a  non-conference  doubleheader  at  the  UIS  Softball  Complex.  First  pitch  is  scheduled  for  1:30  p.m.,  with  the  second  game  to  follow  at  approximately  3:30  p.m.

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  UIS  softball  team  swept  Parkside  on  Tuesday  to  remain  undefeated  at  home,  securing  a  dominant  6-0  win  in  game  one  behind  a  complete-game  shutout  from  Rosie  Bartletti  and  pulling  off  a  thrilling  6-5  extra-inning  comeback  in  game  two.</div>
