What  was  your  overall  UIS  experience  like?



I  was  a  full-time  online  student  at  UIS.  It  was  a  great  experience.  The  teachers  and  staff  made  it  a  good  experience  being  online  full-time  in  addition  to  working  full-time.I  was  a  writer  for  the  UIS  Observer  during  my  last  semester  at  UIS.



Do  you  have  any  fond  memories  of  your  time  at  UIS  you'd  like  to  share?



I  received  the  Star  Student  Volunteer  award  my  senior  year  at  UIS.</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  Illinois  Springfield  cross  country  program  has  released  its  fall  2025  schedule,  featuring  four  regular  season  meets  in  the  Prairie  Stars'  10th  year  of  competition.

The  regular  season  includes  opportunities  to  preview  postseason  courses  and  line  up  against  top  NCAA  Division  II  competition  from  the  Midwest  and  beyond.</div>

Copyleaks  AI  Detector  Update  



On  July  8,  Copyleaks  upgraded  its  AI  detector  from  v8.1  to  v9.  Our  Copyleaks  representative  has  indicated  that  "you  may  notice  some  differentiation  in  results  on  scans  that  are  completed  before  versus  after  this  change."  As  you  are  navigating  these  changes,  if  you  have  any  questions  or  concerns  about  the  results,  COLRS  staff  is  happy  to  work  with  you.</div>
