Gary W. Reinbold has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Harvard University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan, a M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University Chicago, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Michigan Technological University. He previously worked at the international law firm of Mayer Brown, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Harvard Kennedy School. At UIS, he teaches core and elective courses in the M.P.A. program and advises M.P.A. students.
