On  June  1,  President  Killeen  announced  a  3.5  percent,  merit-based  salary  program  for  the  2022-2023  academic  year.  &nbsp;



Similar  to  past  years,  this  salary  program  is  to  be  distributed  at  the  discretion  of  the  unit  head.  Distribution  of  the  salary  increases  should  be  based  on  merit-based  factors,  including  the  employee’s  2022  performance  evaluation.&nbsp;Employees  will  be  deemed  ineligible  for  an  increase  due  to  one  of  the  following  reasons:</div>
