Greg shared that fundraising ideas for remainder of the year included Bake Sales, increasing involvement in the Silent Auctions, and charging small fees for selected brown bag sessions. Teresa complimented/thanked Mae and Greg for their work at organizing the Holiday Party and further commented that APAC members were more proactive in their districts in requesting donations. Old Business: Replace secretarial appointment for remainder of term APAC is still seeking thoughts on replacements; Greg volunteered as long as no one has concerns about his double coverage of executive positions until the end of June. Discussion ensued over whether that would mean that Raymond Barnett would be expected to serve as regular member to UPPAC. Replace open APAC at-large position for remainder of term Raymond Barnett brought up Jill Briggs, if the spot was just for the remainder of the academic year. Greg may have a list of names hell forward on to Teresa. Teresa said that she would review the by-laws on whether a position could be filled to end of the term or merely through to the end of the academic year. New Business UPPAC Meeting February 10th, 2014 Teresa encouraged APAC members, as well as all APs to suggest subjects that she should discuss at the next meeting.
