        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Ray  Rodriguez,  MPH,  NBC-HWC,  started  as  the  Senior  Director  of  Access  and  Equity  and  as  the  Title  IX  Coordinator  for  UIS  on  Monday,  March  31,  2025.



Rodriguez  brings  nearly  four  decades  of  leadership  experience  in  higher  education,  specializing  in  diversity,  equity,  reproductive  health,  violence  prevention,  ethics,  inclusion  and  federal  compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">The  Illinois  Springfield  men's  golf  team  is  set  to  compete  in  the  Illinois  College  Blueboy  Invite  this  Thursday  and  Friday  at  The  Rail  Golf  Course  in  Springfield.

This  marks  the  Prairie  Stars'  first  competition  close  to  home  this  season.  UIS  will  field  a  balanced  lineup  of  veteran  leadership  and  emerging  talent  as  it  wraps  up  regular  season  play.  Thursday's  opening  round  will  begin  with  a  noon  shotgun  start,  and  Friday's  final  round  will  tee  off  at  9:00  a.m.</div>

The  Prairie  Stars  will  then  face  Maryville  on  Saturday,  with  both  matches  scheduled  for  11:00  a.m.
