        <div  class="newsletter-txt">Thanks  to  campus  and  system-level  financial  support,  ITS  is  in  the  process  of  implementing  a  campus-wide  infrastructure  refresh  as  part  of  our  efforts  to  improve  Wi-Fi  performance.  This  is  a  multi-phase  project  with  an  expected  projected  completion  date  of  August  2025.



During  the  week  of  March  24,  we  will  be  upgrading  the  Student  Union  and  Trillium.



During  the  transition  for  each  building,  laptops,  tablets,  and  phones  should  automatically  switch  to  the  new  Wi-Fi  after  a  possible  brief  interruption  in  service.</div>

Impact:  The  UIS  Directory  will  be  read-only  during  maintenance.  Users  will  be  able  to  search  but  will  not  be  able  to  update  their  biography,  change  their  picture,  etc.



When:  Monday,  March  24  starting  at  9  a.m.  Maintenance  is  expected  to  be  completed  by  1  p.m.

        <div  class="newsletter-txt">UIS  Softball  split  a  home  doubleheader  against  Drury  on  Sunday,  earning  a  6-5  win  in  the  opener  before  falling  11-4  in  the  second  game.  With  the  split,  the  Prairie  Stars  move  to  19-12  overall,  7-5  in  GLVC  play,  and  an  11-2  record  at  home.</div>
