Future Plans: Work as a labor and delivery nurse
Coming from a large high school, Grace Jenkins was drawn to the small class sizes and one-on-one attention from professors at the University of Illinois Springfield. On campus, she is a part of the Necessary Steps Mentoring Program, the parliamentarian for the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Alpha Phi Chapter at UIS, president of Voices and Praise and a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She previously served on the Student Activities Committee. Following graduation from the , she plans to become a labor and delivery nurse and further her education to become a Certified Nurse Midwife.
