On January 14, UIS Chancellor Susan J. Koch, UI President Timothy Killeen and the UIS community gathered for the聽聽celebrating the grand opening of the Student Union. Since fundraising efforts began, 225 donors have made gifts ranging from $5 to $1,500,000. These gifts come from people who are excited to see a Student Union at UIS.
