We are pleased to announce the availability again this year of one-time (non-recurring) funds to support implementation of good ideas from UIS staff and faculty. A wide range of ideas will be considered with the goal to fund projects with broad impact to the University.
According to UIS policy, each academic year the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Provost notifies the UIS community of the names of those among the faculty scheduled for tenure review and second or fourth year reappointment review. Listed below are the names of the faculty members scheduled for reviews this academic year:
The University of Illinois Springfield has announced the appointment of 23 new faculty members for fall 2024. These educators bring a diverse array of expertise and research interests to their respective fields, enhancing the university鈥檚 commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
One-time (non-recurring) funds were made available AY 23-24 and again for AY 24-25 to support implementation of Good Ideas from UIS staff and faculty that had the potential to help make a positive difference for the University.
