Benefits Choice Fair

Do you have questions about Benefit Choice? Central Management Services (CMS) is hosting a benefit fair during Benefit Choice to review materials and discuss plan options. There will be a 30-minute presentation offered at 11 a.m and 2 p.m during the fair. Health plan representatives will be present to answer questions. Registration is not required. Note: All current Health Alliance participants must make a health plan election during the Benefit Choice Period to avoid defaulting to the Quality Care Health Plan. Please note that CMS representatives and benefit vendors will only be present during the in-person fair to answer questions. Attending a Benefit Choice Fair is an approved event under Policy and Rules for Civil Service Staff, Rule 11.12. Employees may be released up to one and a half hours from work to attend a Benefit Choice Fair, operations permitting, and subject to prior supervisor approval. Questions? For questions about State of Illinois benefits, contact the MyBenefits Service Center. Bilingual customer service representatives are available. · Phone: 844-251-1777 or TDD/TTY 844-251-1778 · Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday For other questions, contact University Payroll & Benefits.
