Dr. Bellraj (Bell) Eapen is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems. With a background in clinical medicine, he earned an MS in eHealth and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from McMaster University, Canada. His extensive industry experience is drawn from significant roles across various prominent healthcare organizations in both public and private sectors. Additionally, Dr.
Richard Funderburg is an associate professor in the School of Public Management and Policy and a collaborating scholar at the , where he is a member of the Fiscal and Economic Policy working group. He earned his Ph.D.
Sunshin Lee, PhD, is a tenure-track assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Springfield. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. Prior to UIS, he served as a tenure-track assistant professor at Radford University in Virginia, where he taught courses in Big Data Analytics and Distributed Databases. Before obtaining his Ph.D., he worked as a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence engineer at LG CNS in South Korea, where he led projects and managed DW/OLAP systems.
