Letter of Recommendation

Letter of Recommendation

Letters of recommendation are very important as you apply for graduate school and jobs. Before you ask a faculty member to write a letter you should consider how well the faculty member knows you and in what capacity (e.g., class? research? Psychology Club?). It is advisable to ask the faculty member if they feel that they can write you a good letter.

Academic Advising

Academic Advising

The Psychology department uses a Shared Model of advising. As a Psychology major you will have two advisors – a faculty member and a professional advisor. Any faculty member in the department can serve as your faculty advisor.
