UIS Men’s Basketball Secures Victory Over Purdue Northwest in Final Seconds

The UIS men's basketball team improved to 5-6 with a thrilling 80-78 win over Purdue Northwest in Hammond, Ind., on Wednesday night.Â
"I'm so proud of our guys' resilience tonight," head coach Matt Brock said. "We led for a lot of the second half, then went down, but they still believed in each other. I thought our second group—Nate [Shockey], Tye [Banks], and Isaiah [Esker]—were key to the victory."
