Prairie Stars Send Distance Runners to Bryan Clay Invitational

A select group of UIS women's distance runners will compete this week at the Bryan Clay Invitational, one of the nation's premier collegiate meets, hosted by Azusa Pacific.

The Prairie Stars will send three athletes to compete in the 10,000 and 5,000-meter events, aiming to make the most of the meet's fast fields.

Grant Sets 54-Hole Record as UIS Women's Golf Finishes 9th at UMSL Spring Invitational

 Junior Elaine Grant set a new program record for the lowest 54-hole score in UIS women's golf history, leading the team to a ninth-place finish at the UMSL Spring Invitational. The Prairie Stars competed against a strong field of 18 teams, including four NCAA Division II top-50 programs, and wrapped up their regular season on Monday.
