The Title III Steering Committee invites faculty to apply for the High Impact Practice Development Fund. This fund, supported by the Title III Strengthening Institutions grant awarded to UIS in 2023, provides seed grants for programs to develop or revise a high-impact practice. The 2025-2026 Development Fund cycle will focus on capstone courses or projects, internships, and study away experiences.

Resources like licensure test prep and skills training prepare students for career success. Yet they remain out of reach for many, particularly first-generation and low-income students.

The University of Illinois Springfield held its 54th annual Commencement ceremony in three parts on Friday, May 9, and Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Sangamon Auditorium. Out of the 1,587 UIS students who were eligible to graduate, 1,071 participated in the ceremony.

Graduation is an exciting time and you deserve to celebrate!
